You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader  to view and print out the cover in the PDF-format.
PDF can be used on all platforms (Windows, Macintosh, Unix and Linux). The respective software is pre-installed on most computers. If not, you can download it free of charge at http://www.adobe.com.

”Adobe Acrobat Reader“: In the menu guide at the top between the minus and plus sign select the size 100%. Click the printer icon. 

In the print menu please select (unless already entered):

• Print area: all
• Page setup: no
• Automatic turn and center
• Paper menu: select the size of paper to A4, the style of paper and the print quality
• Click OK and print out
